• Functional Scope: Tanjun provides features such as giveaways, message tracking, and ticket handling. The bot’s functionalities may evolve over time.

• Service Availability: While we strive to maintain uptime, Tanjun is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, or updates may temporarily limit access.

• Modification of Features: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Data

• Data Collection: Tanjun collects and processes data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Tanjun, you consent to this collection and usage.

• Data Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input into Tanjun does not violate privacy rights or intellectual property laws.

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Tanjun is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim liability for errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the bot.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tanjun.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator of Tanjun from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the bot.

6. Termination

• User Termination: You may stop using Tanjun at any time by removing it from your server.

• Creator Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Tanjun for users who violate these Terms or misuse the bot.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. All updates will be announced with a revised "Effective Date" and, if applicable, a notification within the bot. Continued use of Tanjun after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
